This Refund Policy applies to all digital products (eBooks and online courses) purchased from Superpreneur Bangladesh.
Digital products
Because our products are digital and are delivered instantly, with access granted immediately after payment, all sales are final and are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.
When we will issue a refund
We will review and, where appropriate, refund your payment in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You paid but did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to deliver it after you contact us.
How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify, email admin@superpreneur.bd or DM whatsapp at 01326267489 within 7 working days of your purchase with your order number and the mobile number or email used at checkout. We will respond and, for approved requests, process the refund to your original payment method (for example, your bKash account).
